The Red Dress Collection Fashion Show
Sunday, February 16th, 2014
6pm- Doors Open
8:15pm- Runway Show
The Red Dress Collection Fashion Show was first created in February of 2003 during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week and has since taken place annually to raise awareness that Heart Disease is the #1 killer of women. In 2012, Carly Aplin founded Minnesota’s Red Dress Collection.
This year, Aplin partnered with MNFashion producers to host the Red Dress Collection Fashion Show at the fabulous Graves 601 Hotel. Local celebrities will be pairing up with local fashion designers to fill the runway with one-of-a-kind red dresses.
Before the show, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails will be served. Guests can enjoy pop-up-shops and a silent auction featuring elaborate packages of products and services, including an original fashion sketch of a red dress.
All proceeds of this event will go to the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women program.
Showroom’s own Tessa Louise will be showing on the runway, along with other local designers like Emma Berg, Christopher Straub, Caroline Hayden, and George Moskal.
